Sleat and Strath extend season

posted 11 Aug 2011, 02:00 by Ben MacKinnon
Sleat and Strath have decided to extend their season this year by entering the Fosters Scottish Amateur Cup for the first time in several years. The draw for the first round should be getting made this week and we will let you know as soon as we find out who Sleat and Strath will be facing. In a boost for the clubs cup campaign, Chris "Crick" Rose has agreed to play for Sleat and Strath in the Scottish Amateur Cup, highly regarded as the best player in the SLAFA outside of Sleat and Strath, the manager will be hoping for some good performances and perhaps a permanent move for next season.
