Sleat and Strath breezed past Portree in the final on Friday night, beating them 5 - 1.

The game started scrappy with neither side showing an advantage, but about 20 mins in, Ian MacPherson scrambled home at the back post from a corner to give S&S the lead. However, a few minutes later, Portree were able to level from a penalty that Goalkeeper John Davie conceded when his defence couldn't clear their lines.

Sleat and Strath quickly got back on top of the game, with Ben Yoxon placing the ball in the top corner from a 25 yard free kick, followed by a goal from Jamie Hamilton to make it 3-1 at half time. Ben picked up his 2nd of the match, and Darren MacKinnon rounded things up by scoring from the edge of the area. No goals from Gordy, but his performance was good enough to earn him the managers Man of the Match.

Sleat and Strath now get to keep this GF MacRae trophy after winning it 3 years in a row. The teams current form would suggest that it won't be the only silverware coming to Kinloch this season.
